When I called to book my consultation for hair laser removal, I spoke to Gulden who was so helpful and has a really good telephone manner. They have really good availability and I had my consultation that same week I called.

When I arrived at the clinic for my consultation, the staff were really nice and welcoming and still are. The clinic is so fresh and spotless and made me feel so comfortable before I was seen.

Gulden went through my consultation and she was amazing at explaining everything and also did a patch test on the areas I wanted no hair. She is now my laser lady and I wouldn t have it any other way.

When I had the patch test, the sensation was a shocker. It did hurt slightly, felt like an elastic band snapping on my skin, but I guess that was because I didn t know what to expect. It s nearly been a year since I started my sessions and I m used to the feeling of the laser and its bearable.

Gulden is an amazing practitioner and I m happy to see her every session. I m seeing great results with no hair and that happened in just five seasons - that s because of Guldens understanding and experience. Thank you x
