Went here today for the first and probably the last time.
Booked an appointment for lower back pain and the closest date I got was 2 weeks later - COME ON!! The pain goes by that time anyway even without any medication. Spend 40 minutes on the phone to get the appointment cuz the representatives kept redirecting me to wrong departments the whole time. I should ve given up my appointment at that point cuz that s enough indication of how slow they could be.
You wait EVERYWHERE. To enter the parking lot, to park, to check-in. I waited the nurse 45 minutes in the patient room and the visit lasted barely 10 minutes, I felt she was in a rush. They told me that I can have an x-ray right away, well, that was another 45 minutes wait.
I was supposed to schedule an appointment for physical therapy as well but no thanks, I prefer to pay for something with the minimum waiting.
This hospital is ridiculously busy for a suburb like Burlington, and the worst part? Probably gonna pay some hundred bucks for their unsatisfactory performance.
