I m going to start off to say whoever is the owner...

I m going to start off to say whoever is the owner of the dealership the need to get someone to check out the staff who is running things because I can t believe the staff that is running things is understanding how customer service is when people buy these vehicles pay your salary and the most thing I would do is understand if u can t sell people vehicles correctly then why be in the business because selling a vehicle and then people lie or try to duck and dodge u that s bad business and judge people like they don t have money to buy a vehicle they want they insult u and also they are not business professional to handle u when the deal is over now I m almost to give up on things 5 people I ve had contact with over the course of a week they rather play hide and seek games than keep the word of contacting u back and when u call them back they act like you are the problem really they are after u just spend 50k on a vehicle then it should not be any issues and if it s to much then proper correct way is replace the vehicle and or figure out something don t give out a loaner vehicle with mechanical issues and fuel almost empty when drove 35 min from somewhere all I can say is if a customer has to be stressed and left hanging then the ceo of the dealership need to come down on surprise to see what the customers are going threw. This is one of the worst experiences I ve ever seen people these days don t care about customer service all they care is the money and after that they don t even know how to ask how is everything going with your vehicle that s the problem with society it s all about a dam dollar and people in these business don t give a dam about no one but themselves they forget customers keep your business so think about after a sale
