DIDN'T GAVE ME BACK A REFUND.

My husband and I checked in at this hotel few months ago to spend our honeymoon. I actually booked online and paid 300+ dirhams because it is required upon booking. But then when we arrived there, the Reception took my card again and said that they needed to swipe it just for verification and they will not deduct any amount. But I received a msg from my bank that they again took AED 224. I told them about but they just simply said, its just for verification and the money will get back to my account. But to end the story, didn't get any refund.
