have been a long time customer. their prices are very competitive, they deliver stuff for cheap and their product are very good. purchased multiple windows, doors and framing material for my house. this 2011 seems to have gone down. 2012 was even worse and customer service continues to be bad. 2013 I am not sure what I am thinking by going back to their business. It is my fault but overall I would suggest you go to another local lumber yard. I see their trucks moving stuff all the time but maybe they are not doing so well and everyone is on edge, I will not be using them anymore.
