I would put 0 stars if I could. I was their 10/07/19 to look at and test drive a 2012 Passat TDI SEL with a sale price of $9,600. I never tried to negotiate because I thought for that car it is a really good price. I put $500 down and the total I was told I was financing was 11.9k which didn t really make sense to me in the first place but I thought after tags and everything I guess that could be right. What I wasn t told is that they were gonna charge me 2k for a undercoat and interior treatment, $349 for some diamond fusion thing I don t even know what that is, and to top it off they charged me over $5k as a fee for purchasing the vehicle from them! So all said and done about a week later I get my statement in the mail saying my balance is $18k and some change?! For a $9,600 car that I threw $500 down ended up costing me over $18,000. The car salesman and finance guy were really friendly, maybe that is their cover? I never once was explained anything that they were charging me I was just told there s the price initial there I never once saw anything stating 18,000. You would think if I wanted to spend $18,000 on a 2012 car but the 2019 are only $17k right now if you look on your site? I believe I definitely got scammed from this place, I should of got two damn cars for the price they charged me for one. Stay away or take someone who wants to read absolutely everything even the fine print because nothing was explained on what exactly I was getting. Very disappointed. Also to top of lord, as I was driving the car back to independence where I live the check engine light came on and some nox sensor was bad. Luckily it happened before the 2,000 mile warranty. I had to drive back and forth 5 times during the week to Bring it back to service because it took them that long to figure out what was wrong with it . That should of been my sign not to purchase the vehicle. Just ridiculous
