I purchased Emmvee Solar Panels and Inverter in 20...

I purchased Emmvee Solar Panels and Inverter in 2010. Inverter is from Emmvee manufactured by a company called TPS. From last couple of days, inverter is not working and wanted a technician visit. When contacted their customer care, they gave me a number to contact. When I contacted that person, he gave another number. It went on like that with 5-6 people. Finally, sent mail to info@em.... I got the response from the same person whom I had spoken saying service charge is going to be Rs.750/- which no other vendors charges (generally they charge Rs.400-500). Then person asked me to contact TPS as he is the OEM. It is shame on Emmvee who asks customer to contact OEM for any issues reported in their product. It is their responsibility to ensure that issue gets resolved as customer has purchased Emmvee product. Customer don't have any transaction with OEM.
Such a irresponsible and pathetic company and customer support. Never ever go for Emmvee. You don't get service when needed.
