My wife and I took our granddaughter and had a great experience. The check-in was quick and we were able to upgrade our room to a king suite without any trouble. My granddaughter loved the pools. The all you can eat breakfast buffet got each day off to a great start. The hotel had several different groups there during our stay but never felt crowded. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're going to SeaWorld San Antonio.
