Paid for a pair of binoculars that arrived faulty....

Paid for a pair of binoculars that arrived faulty. Arranged to send back for replacement. Sent back recorded (thank god), when postage tracking showed the item had been received I asked for my refund as promised, I was told they would refund.

So I waited and no refund, I asked again for my money and was ignored..

I had to put in a PayPal claim showing that I had returned the item and had the tracking to prove to get my money back. Next step was doing a charge back on cc.

Unfortunately whilst the price was good the service didn't match up.
