I have gone in twice and both times there was no one there that could help me. It all hinges on one person being there. They give me her email, I email her and instead of setting up an appointment, she asks me questions that once answered, she doesn't get back to me. It's not like it was over a weekend or holiday. This is during the work week when they are open. How do you depend on one person like this? To lowes or home depot I go I guess. I've tried to use small businesses, but if they can't take an order, then I don't think they want my business.
