When we arrived in Naples, they lost our suitcase, we went to the lost suitcases office specifying that there were life-saving medicines inside! After 5 days they called us from the airport, and we discovered that the guy who took the complaint had not registered the presence of the medicines, so our suitcase had no delivery priority!
After this unpleasant episode, when we return they re-ship our suitcase, and surprise we no longer find the smartwatch inserted in the suitcase pocket!
