If I could rate lower I would. I have been a customer at Rowing Dock for a couple of years now but our visit today has never been so awful. The waiting time was ridiculous, and completely unorganized. But what made it a really horrible experience was the customer service. First I was yelled at for not waiting to hand over my waiver when there was no one in front of me. Then when returning to the dock my friend had dropped her phone in the water and was frantically trying to retrieve it with no help. We finally went to checkout, but was informed we were going to be charged extra for taking an extra 23 minutes when in reality we brought them their kayaks back in time, but we were just in a state of panic. The employee checking us out was the worst of all. She had a lot of attitude and had zero sympathy for our situation & was determined to charge us extra. Which we didn t really have a say in since they already had our card on file so needless to say I will never be returning to this place.
