Have been using the FMS provider for over a year. I have lost one aid and had to fire the other aid, who Helpers Inc referred me to. The aid who I had to fire verbally threaten me, used foul language and left my mentally disabled child alone at random places to run her errands. I have a great and reliable worker now only to almost lose her due to Helper Inc Staff being constantly rude. Do your self a solid and find a reliable , friendly FMS agent who has the client at best interest.
