Had technician Roberto A. show up to my door think...

Had technician Roberto A. show up to my door thinking we needed service but was actually the house before ours. While at my front door he asked how my service was to which I replied was somewhat unstable. He asked to come in to check to which I agreed. I informed him that our equipment had recently been upgraded. I informed him of what was done and that the cable had not been replaced by the previous technician. After a quick assessment he notified me that he could replace the cable after his previous appointment to which he did, excellent customer service.
