I was in ER recently and my experience was wonderful. Front desk, helpful and fast within few minutes a nurse took care of me until the doctor came in. I did X-ray, sonogram and blood test not waiting a lot.
Since they did renovation everything changed, behavior, place clean.
One thing I noticed in my last visit, the gown I got smelt urine!! I don't know if the nurse gave me a new one or it was missing on the bed from another patient?? because I went to the bathroom when she gave it to me...
In general, the ER is much much better now.
