I wrote the following review a year ago and here we are again... I need to get my A/C repair and again I am experiencing the same issues. Technician doesn't show up to the appointment and made bogus excuses. 35 minutes + of waiting time on the phone to get a hold of someone. I had to reach out again to the BBB to get things resolved. I am a tenant at this apt and that's the only reason why I had to deal with this company. There are other companies such as first american home warranty that offers better service and pricing.
This company has by far the worst customer service I have seen and let me explain why:
My washer and dryer broke a month ago and until today, it has not been repaired for the following reasons:
1. The technician that first came to fix it did not repair it and ordered the wrong parts so we have to wait until the parts come. (2 weeks)
2. The technicians that were suppose to come and installed the parts did not show up to their appointments and then make bogus excuses and lies such as no access to the building... I live in an apartment complex with 24/7 security, front desk and valet parking with plenty of access to the building. (This has happened 3 times...)
3. To talk to someone in the service department takes an average of 30 minutes+ and if you are lucky they will take your call. My recommendation call from two phones and see which one will answer first and also expect that they will hang up the phone on you. This has happened to me twice.
4. If you cannot answer your phone the minute they call you back, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR SCHEDULE appointment and you will have to re-schedule it again, EVEN if you call a minute later so I recommend you people to go to even the washroom with your phone.
5. These people are rude have no sympathy to your problems (mind you they are getting paid)
plus no ownership of their mistakes - they are superheros and we the customers are the bad guys!!!
6. I have spoke with 6 different supervisors and everyone is worst than the other one
I hope that today after speaking with the assistant manager to the president, a person named "Tracey" I could finally get what I deserve... my washer and dryer working. At the end, we pay this company for their services and what they have caused me are headaches, waste of my time and money and frustration. Way to go Service America!!!!
Recommendation and lesson learned: DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICES!!!
