Scheduled a diagnosis for my car. I explained the issue to the service rep and they took a look at it. Waited for 3 hrs only to hear they didn t experience the issue. The issue arises all the time and that just clarified what most hear when they rather not deal with a lengthy diagnosis. The common, we couldn t recreate the problem statement people hear. Not to mention there was no DTC s or CEL light on. So they didn t have a starting point. So how did mechanics do it without code readers? They looked for the problem.
