Horrible customer service. Overpriced goods, expe...

Horrible customer service. Overpriced goods, expensive shipping. I ordered through a friend s digital party, something that I was not happy with and wanted to return. Could not get a response via email or phone, on hold for over 25 minutes. Multiple emails went unanswered.
I finally got through to them via Facebook. Got a return order number and sent it back. Almost 3 weeks later I have yet to receive my credit.
Meanwhile the rep from the party told me they don t accept returns.
