Our car is on recall and they won't have the parts...

Our car is on recall and they won't have the parts to fix it until Spring 2018. They sent out a letter notifying "complimentary loaner cars are available." We called and the loaner cars are not actually available - they have a wait list. So we are out a car the next 6 months. I would suggest you go anywhere but here to do business. Beyond that, Daniel in customer service was not helpful and seemed like he couldn't be bothered with our concerns. We didn't feel heard whatsoever and we're very dissatisfied. We have only had positive experiences with Youngblood prior to this so it was very disappointing.
