rooms were nice. refrigerator didn't work. coffee pot had about 5 days of mold growing in it. brought it to the front desks attention and after 9 hours of being out of the room nothing was addressed. had to go down and tell them again and was taken care of. a little toolate as i was leaving
Ice machines were always out of ice. not sure if it was from use, or did not work. but i tried to get ice at different times during my 3 day stay. halls and outer areas smelled of urine.
drink vending machines were cheaper than going to the hotels store and buying drinks. but drink machines were empty... could be it was cheaper?
Despite the hotels issues i have stated the kids had a great time at the water park
