I rented a duplex for 7 years from PJ Morgan with Cara Woosley as the property manager. It was a great experience, I cannot say enough good things about how Cara took care of the property and any needs I had. They made various updates to the property during the time I was renting. New windows, deck, carpet, sink, sliding glass door, completely remodeled both bathrooms, various light fixtures, etc. Cara was always prompt with getting any issues taken care of that I had withing 24 hours. I never worried about something not getting done. It has been a great experience and I will reach out to her again if I am ever looking to rent again. Thank you Cara for all you did for me and the property.
