I mailed back a retunr for a replacement 3 weeks ago. I havent herd anything from them at all. I called twice and both times they said they would get it out to me that day. But they have yet to send it. All they do it place another order on my account saying "pending payment" but its an exchange. Im not paying for an exchange. I understand that there short from covid. But dont lie to your customers. Its bad for business.
