I am a Client for the third year and I want to write about the service.
I took a completely broken phone under warranty.
It took 2 weeks and the case and screen were replaced and I got the phone back (Jesus fixed it)
Then I used it for 2h and the internet is gone.
I took it back again where the customer service also looked that the thing went wrong and now I waited again for 2 weeks and can I still get the same device back?
For a month I have had a replacement phone that has been out of date and nothing is working. And now I can get this patched phone back again
The phone I brought under warranty was like a book and tele2 repairs and smears it back on my head.
Don't take extra money to guarantee it's a scam.
I can definitely bring myself back again and wait a month again. The best mockery!
