JFB is a public sector organisation to aid in development or events minimize injury or damage to person or property.

JFB are a part of the approval process for construction development and events in regards to fire prevention, safety, equipment and assessing various premises for preparedness and inspection.

For events one should apply:
2 weeks before the event.
I would recommend at least 3 weeks, just in case they see a fault and you can correct it before the event, so you can get approval before the event
