Terrible service. When I was deployed and had my 65 year old mother helping out taking care of my house and my toddler, the dryer broke and she requested help from ServiceOne, who I have a home warranty with. She said it was like pulling teeth to get any help or service out of them so I decided to send her to Nebraska Appliance Repair. This isn't the first time I've been less than satisfied with ServiceOne's customer relations or promptness of service, but it will be the last time.
