When offering the property they make a thousand promises, they are attentive and helpful. However, after the contract is signed, the tenant is on his own. I made several requests on different dates, and besides not being answered, they didn't even bother to give satisfaction. I suggest to the tenant to avoid renting this property and to the owners I suggest not handing over the management of their property to such a company, as surely the tenant will knock on his door to ask for help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
