The CNE is a great place for families or going on a cute date. I have gone to the Ex for 10 years and have made many nice memories as every year there is a different type of display to draw interest. From the airshow on the last weekend, to butter grass and sand sculptures, Canadian army display of aircrafts and a children's army training course, a huge food court and a farm animals petting zoo, there is a lot to do at the Ex. Plus they have massive halls with tons of clothing, electronics, appliances, gadgets, natural products, handmade items and general flea market type merchandise with brand names.
