I bought 3 sprinter from this dealer , I bought my personal car from them too. extended warranty and all the 9 yards...one of my vans engines died at 80.000 miles ..instead of trying to help me find the cause of the problem , they decide that the warranty is void , because I DID NOT USE THEIR EXPENSIVE SERVICE...
this year my maintenance with them was more than $ 30.000 .
I m going next time with FORD TRANSIT as soon as I finish paying their leases.
if you are a business do not deal with them , they are not honest l
