I was extremely satisfied with service after second contact. I have had interaction with Candice twice over two separate issues and if it were not for representatives like her who truly takes the customer's needs and satisfaction, I would not have such good things to say. The 1st rep actually did not even make a notation of the problem and just yessed me to death, but not Candice, I even received follow up calls to assure me the situation was taken care of and very quickly. I commend Candice.
