Appointment made for a test drive at 3 p.m. The reception is not manned on arrival. Eventually approached one of the three salespeople who were talking to each other but did not appeal to me as a (potential) customer. Referred to the pub where the hostess had to "pamper" us. Waited over half an hour but seller Elwin still did not show up. Then just left. Elwin has not bothered to call us to ask why the appointment went wrong. Misplaced arrogance; I don't buy a car here.
