My husband got me a gift card to go to the spa. When he bought the card he told me that the girls were very rude to him. They didn't want to help him and wanted to shoo him away. I thought nothing of it because I was excited to go. When we went to the spa finally. The girls were very rude. I actually forgot my card at home and the front desk lady was nice to look up my card and told me that when we were ready to pay to have one of the girls call her. So we went upstairs. My husband is very funny and he was taking long breaths because he liked the smell. lol One of the girls looks up at him and asks him "are you okay" with an attitude. It was spa week and this was another mistake that I made. They were so packed with clients. I had no time to go to the relaxation room where there was no where to sit anyway. No big deal up to here we were just going along. The actual massage was weak by far the worst massage I have gotten. I could have paid my nephew to do this and would have gotten better results. But we felt bad because the ladies are probably hurting from rubbing one million people in a week. Up to this point I would not even be writing this. Next we go to pay and let them know that they need to call the lady in the front desk. One girl in particular was not having it. Said you have to have your card and questioned us why did't we tell them this before the service. Then she refused to call the girl and said we have to go to the front desk and ask her what's going on. My husband went downstairs and back. The lady didn't have anything to give him. The front desk called the spa to give the the card number. Our bill was paid. Next they were confused and said we owed $150 more. They were confused because this was actually our balance on the card. Now I love the spa and always go and give gift card to people because I think it's great up until this point. I would be aware of these stuck up girls. They look at you like they are doing you a favor.
