Truly an amazing company. I've been with the company for 4.5 years and along with great benefits that are always improving based on employee feedback (they listen to their employees!), this company has always met me where I'm at in life. I've been lucky to have numerous managers here that have been so supportive, with flexibility to work-from-home when I moved out of town, opportunities to expand my scope of work and learn more about the business outside of my normal responsibilities, paid maternity leaves and extended time off with my family, and also, most recently, the support to work more of a part-time schedule so that I can have a better work-life balance. I joined this company because I believed that they truly valued their employees on an individual level, and I was not wrong!
