Ordered a pair of shoes that the stores do not stock. Shoes didn't fit well. Returned shoes. Waited almost 3 weeks and still no refund. Called customer service and they were supposed to put the refund on my CC. 5 days later, still no refund. Called again and was told they had to fill out paperwork and it had to go to more than one department and would take several days more to get refund, which will be over a full month from the date I shipped the shoes back. Nordstrom's used to be the king of customer service, but that is no longer the case. No wonder that Amazon is dominating retail. If I'd only ordered from Amazon, this would have been handled a month ago. Don't make the same mistake that I did, by ordering anything from Nordstrom's.
