I found the Novotel Edinburgh to be an adequate hotel. It's close to a tram and railstop. There is Hermiston Gate shopping centre situated directly opposite, along with a KFC and Krispy Creme. I found the room to be well presented and has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel.
