I have had a horrible experience renting from Cold...

I have had a horrible experience renting from Coldwell banker. First, they have roaches. Second they have rats. I am a very clean person, so I know it s not me. Maintenance is always hard to contact. One occasion my AC was broken and it took months for them to come out. Then I had problems with getting hot water. Once they finally came to replace the water heater, I was told I was going to get my carpet cleaned (due to the water that leaked from the old heater) and it was never done. The neighbors are horrible and I had water damage due to my upstairs neighbor, which resulted in mold. Then to top it all off I have to go to court for unpaid charges, even though they are laws in place (the Cares Act) for people not to be evicted because EVERYONE is having a rough time due to Corona. (I lost both of my jobs in March due to Covid) And whoever they sent to court was very rude as well. In summary I would never rent from them ever again. The only positive is that my rent was reasonable.
