these homes look to be the real deal, they look extremely well built and of fantastic quality, I spoke to someone who's in charge of selling these homes and they answered all my questions without trying desperately to get me to buy them, I have spoken to other real estate types who will say anything to get you to buy or at least tour the place, so it was fantastic not to deal with people like that here, Some of the homes aren't finished but they seem to be track to be ready by next year. A huge pro of the location of these homes is that they are right next to a huge beautiful spa/gym and near the shopping center of the town of ketchum.
