I ordered $600 Labradar chronograph twice. First time I screwed up the order by setting a shipping address but selected pick up at store by mistake. I sent a NICE message after a week wondering why it had not been shipped yet. No response but the order was refunded fast with no explanation. After seeing a competitor having the same system I and realizing what I did, I felt obligated to order again even though they never responded. 10 days later it still showed awaiting fulfillment . I messaged again. Two days later still no response. So I called. Talked to a nice lady on the phone who refunded second order within an hour. I don t know what the store is like but their E-commerce system is a joke. Order through Midway. 5 minutes got a an email confirmation, 2 hours on a Sunday I got another confirmation that a shipping label was created (which means it s in a box waiting for UPS to pick up) and the est delivery date is in 3 days.
