I have used a couple of their services including doggie daycare, boarding, and training.

My dog didn't take to doggy daycare there. On the three occasions I took her she got vicious diarrhea. I did contact them. I just felt the response was not very sympathetic or supportive of just how horrible the situation was. Each time the diarrhea lasted more than 24 hours and caused my dog to have numerous accidents in the house. She was having terrible diarrhea every couple hours. And it meant costly vet visits. I was extremely worried and scared about my dog's health.

I understand in my case I had a newly adopted dog who was under stress by going to yet another new place. But it left me reluctant to ever use that service again.

I appreciated them working with me on the boarding because at the time they were actually fully booked but they made space for my pup. this was a huge relief and very helpful because it was a work trip and I had few other options.

I also did a training. It is of course quite pricey. I do think it laid a good foundation. The part I didn't like was while my pup was at the board and train the trainer wasn't very responsive to my questions or about what was happening, what kinds of training activities my dog was going through. The trainer did give me a couple updates though.

But once the board and train was over the trainer did meet with me for about an hour to discuss the training my pup had gone through and give me some tips on a training regimen I can continue to work with her on. And the trainer has responded to questions I have since then via text messaging.

Outside of my own direct experience I do know they are offering support to dogs who otherwise would not get adopted at PACC. Which is really cool.
