We purchased a Matrice 210 in 2018. The customer service that followed has been awesome. We recently had to send it in to DJI for some work (over 150 flight hours). The staff at DSLRpros went out of their way to help with diagnosis, set up getting the 210 inspected by DJI, and shipping it to DJI. The inspection and repairs went smoothly. A shipping snafu not the fault of DJI or DSLRpros had us in a tizzy on the 210 s return. An email to the fine staff at DSLRpros and they were on it with the shipping folks and our 210 arrived back safe and sound. Shout out and Thanks to Thomas and Derek from DSLRpros!
