My husband and I purchased a new recliner at Haynes. We picked it up at the warehouse ourself. When we got home, we realized it didn't really match the couch as well as we liked. We immediately put it back in the box and called them the next morning . We ask them if we could exchange it for another chair that would match a little better. They wouldn't do it. They said no exchanges. I had only had the chair overnight. I told them how we had purchased at least ten or fifteen thousand dollars of furniture and carpet and other flooring from them over the years.That didn't matter. I see how much they care about their customers. I will never buy anything else from them!!
