I recently used the services of this company for employee background screening and found the process to be quite smooth and efficient. Their website was easy to navigate, and it provided all the necessary information I needed. The customer service was responsive, and they guided me through the entire process. However, I did encounter a few delays in receiving the final report, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say the experience was average.
