My daughter loves this place. She s been there for two major occasions:

some princess event where they had all the princesses and the kids dressed up to their favorite princess, put on makeup and took a bunch of pictures with the princesses. Overall an amazing day.

The second main occasion was for her ear piercing. We thought my daughter might cry or be scared. But they did an amazing job. She barely felt it and the whole experience was just perfect.

We also visit the store every time we re in Los Gatos and buy something cute from them.
