Sears is a wonderful place to work. I am thankful for our wonderful customers and pride my self in customer service. I read many of the comments, and a lot of them can be fixed by asking the associate the return policy. If I use free cash can I get that back . These are the things that are not addressed and end up in problems. The other could be a simple err done by the associate or a communication err by both parties. In any event we want you leaving Sears happy, and telling a friend what great service you had. I understand online ordering is easy , however we are still here to help you in the store. and as I say always thank you sincerely for your purchase at Sears.
