This is a serious warning DO NOT FINANCE WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! We have a contract with this company and we have been with them for a year now. We asked for a payment deferment which we have never asked for before and they said it was subject to approval. Well apparently we got declined but they will not notify you of this then they started calling me twice a day and when I would answer they would hang up. Finally after the 5th time of this happening I figured out it was cnac calling me and hanging up so I called them back and they told me my account was 14 days delinquent. I told them no its not. You just processed a payment and the previous payment was supposed to be deferred. They told me the deferment was declined. I asked how was I supposed to know this and they said they do not contact us to tell us it has been declined
