It is clean and my room was pretty standard for the rate. The property is in transition, under repair. Some staff were good, some under-trained in courtesy. I chose this location because it was what was left over to support a big conference at the convention center, a .6 mile walk away. Their shuttle was not really available to help the numerous conference guests who needed help to go that distance multiple times a day. I am told I will have to take my chances with their shuttle in the morning getting to the airport, as it is only first come, first served. Sighhh. Bright side: nice and close to Downtown Palm Springs.
