I was very unhappy, spent 2 grand on SEO, staff didn't care about us since we were a "small account". Very bad communication. They're not the right option for small businesses. They only dedicate 8 hours a month in their highest SEO package out of which they deduct 2 for writing your reports. I tried addressing mummy concerns with Bobby before writing this review, but he didn't care. Go somewhere else for SEO!
