Over the years, our family bought two cars from Dixie Ford and has been quite happy especially by speedy oil changes and comfortable environment in the waiting room.
Shortly after the most recent visit for oil change, however, we were flabbergasted and dismayed to learn from a local garage that, let alone the air filter was missing, but the cover was left open. Not sure if the service technician was hasting too much or something that day, but this, we thought, could not be real... We called the Dixie Ford service department to report the issue, and the service agent who took our call was as incredulous as how we first felt. However, Dixie Ford was quick to accept the responsibility and credited us for the (missing) air filter
