Made a reservation for a family of 4 with two double beds. Checked in late due to fire in Fairfield. Little did we know that they only had a room with one bed...manager promised a rollabed, never got it. Service is horrible and they don't take care of their customers with children. Don't recommend this hotel nor booking with Orbitz.
