I worked with Dace and Joe and the whole crew for three years while renting our home through Rose Associate. I could not have predicted as good of an experience as we had with them. They took care of us through the good times and through the tough times that come being a landlord.

I really appreciate all the hard work and at very reasonable rates as well. My tenants likewise had good experience in their capable hands. I highly recommend Rose Associate as what must be the best property management group in New York!
