Where to begin..,
Had an interview at this place..,
and first off, if the company is family owned/runned...turn and walk away. Prior to my interview, I had read some of the reviews and I really had to see it for myself.
Wow !!! Talk about CHEAP !!!
The owner insisted on paying me under more than under a dollar of what I asked, I also have experience in the field, and I flat out denied.
He kept saying how expensive his materials are and that he can't afford people literally dumping his money down the drain. He's more concerned about saving his precious money, than the saftey of his employees. When we toured the company, everyone was all hush as he walked by, and there was some minor arguing between the family members. Very uncomfortable.., I don't envy the employees that work there and have to deal with all that drama.
